[Pansophy] Docushare login problem

To whom this concerns,

I am a new hire here at Jefferson Lab under the supervision of Ari Palczewski.

I am having an issue logging into docushare with my jlab account information. When prompted with the following login screen:
[cid:f89f6ff9-aaf5-4a52-9417-3c71a2e592fb]

I am unable to login. However, I have no issue logging into insight or pansophy. This was performed using an on-site computer. I was wondering if you could help me out with this.
