[Pansophy] How may I know if my travelers are approved?

Hi Team,

My travelers SNSPPU-CM-INSP-IMAG and SNSPPU-CM-INSP-OMAG have been 
submitted for approvals since early August. They are not in Pansophy 
yet. How may I know who is not approving these for what reason?
