[Pansophy] How may I know if my travelers are approved?

Gary,

1: To see if traveler is approved: go to DocuShare -> project area -> travelers/procedures folder -> select “properties” for the traveler in questions -> select routing
Select the round task on the right. It will open the routing and show who has approved or not yet approved.

2: The CM is dropped because we are in the process of improving our work center “bucket” lists. This has been a problem for us in keeping the report numbers consistent. So for INV (inventory), INSP (inspections), CHEM (chemistry), etc… which part of the cryomodule is not as important as where the work is being performed and by whom. This helps in the breakdown of travelers and simplifies the reporting features of Pansophy. Other areas are being changed in the near future: CMA (Cryomodule Assembly Area) which will also include WS2, WS3, WS4, etc to help Fischer breakdown the areas of work and follow the facilities map of current locations of CM’s. Additionally, FURN (furnace: heat treat, brazing), CLNRM (clean room work), TSTMS (test and measurement group – Larry King), etc.

I will be putting out a list of new WCA (work center areas) shortly with a description of why the changes are helpful.

Hi Team,

My travelers SNSPPU-CM-INSP-IMAG and SNSPPU-CM-INSP-OMAG have been submitted for approvals since early August. They are not in Pansophy yet. How may I know who is not approving these for what reason?
