[Pansophy] Traveler Listing Updates (Megan & Allen)

Megan & Allen,

Here is my most current traveler listing. I have tried to add dates to each traveler/procedure for put in DRAFTS folder, SENT FOR APPROVAL and APPROVED, released into PANSOPHY, and copy put in APPROVED folder. You might want to double check, but hopefully I didn't mess up too bad.

I have uploaded all traveler I know about to the DRAFTS folder for P1, so that is the best place to get most recent version.
Several Travelers still need to be uploaded into APPROVED folder (let me know if I can help with this).
(MEGAN) if you get an error about file/dir too long, it would happen for me when there was a XXX_files directory. So, I copied what files could be, created the XXX_files directory and then copied files to just that directory.

I have also created and updated the TRELLO board for projects. I, however, did not put all the C75 travelers/procedures on the list yet, so these will still needed to be added (Megan, you have a better list of these).

Please try to keep the TRELLO board up-to-date and let me know what I can do to help.
