I sent a second email with some information that may help.
Try going to https://cc.jlab.org/
Upper right corner of page select LOGIN
User your jlab username and password.
Then on the left side of the page will be some information on how to setup the email.
Try this page about halfway down is some information

Accessing Your O365 Account
NOTE: In October 2019, the CST Division began converting authentication for Office 365 (O365) from your JLab password to multi-factor authentication (MFA). Please review our Office 365 Multi-Factor Authentication webpage<https://cc.jlab.org/o365/mfa> before going any further.
You can access your O365 account at https://portal.office.com
* Login as "username at jlab.org'
* Then, you will be routed to an internal JLab single sign-on page (MIS)
* Enter your CUE username and password
* Finally, you will land on the Office 365 Portal Page
* Click on the Outlook Icon to get into the Outlook (Email, Calendar, Tasks) App

Hi, my jlab account is set up, however, I'm not sure about the email to go with it and how I should access that. I am available Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday after 3, and all day Wednesday.
