Hi Earl
Likely it would be best to simply write down the Serial numbers that are on the parts and send the list to Mike Dickey & Calvin Barnes (srfinv at jlab.org<mailto:srfinv at jlab.org>)
I recall that Aaron pointed out last night that there were two Serial numbers types , old style (3 or 4 digit ) an new on the parts - and some of the parts did not have the new style of S/N, so it is possible that Kurt and Mike might want to assign and have scribed on new S/N for the cases where they only had the old numbers
Please let me know if you need any help
Anne

Valerie,
I'm sure these came from very old inventory from the original build.
Earl, Can you please close the loop with Mike Dickey to get that serial number or a new one via Mike so this part can be tracked?
Thank you
Kurt

Kurt,
Where did these Elbows come from? Can they be sent to Inventory to be added? That is how we usually populate the traveler SN dropdown lists. In the future you can email srfinv at jlab.org<mailto:srfinv at jlab.org>
This will send all information to the inventory group.
Thank You!
Valerie

Good morning Kurt,
I am working on the visual inspections for the latest set of Elbows. I do not see the S/Ns 694-709 in Pansophy. I can collect the data and populate the travelers when they get put into Pansophy.
Regards,
Earl
