[Pansophy] P1-WELD-WIN-ASSY-R1 Traveler missing SN drop down is not populated

The Traveler for “P1-WELD-WIN-ASSY-R1” does not have any WIN SNs in the drop down button, just shows “-0-“.  I am trying to work these parts into Pansophy.  Not sure how to work around this.
I will be in tomorrow to work on these parts so they can be turned over to Scott.
