[Pansophy] Error message when filling out P1-INSP-WGD-R1 traveler

I have fixed this error. When you hit back, the file had uploaded to the server but didn't attach itself to the traveler properly. Its attached now

Hi Pansophy team,

I was filling out P1-INSP-WGD traveler#8. Before uploading a file, I decided to go back a page instead of uploading the file. I clicked the back arrow on top left of the page. Now for Traveler#8, I can only go up to page2, and it would say "We are sorry. Something went wrong. We are working on it now." when I try to go to page 3. The other 7 travelers in the drop down list seem to be okay though. Could you please help fix it?
