Anne hasn't stopped yet in sending out emails. She is trying to get answers to "when" travelers will be ready and "what" is ready now.

Hi John

For all the cases where you indicate to Use F100 , can we go ahead and send them out for approval ? That would take care of half of them

As mentioned Valerie already transferred the F100 over to the new template - so we just need a green light to send them out to be approved

I understand the P1 string will be starting soon , so we are checking in to see if any of your travelers for Cm Assembly & Test  are ready to send for approval ?

Valerie has transferred the information from F100 over to the latest traveler - and renamed them P1 , so these are available for editing in Docushare at the link below

I am told the P1 string starts in a few weeks and in preparation we have had already a number of travelers returned to go out for approval and release (Status in the master list will be updated soon)

Never the less, I was wondering if you have any Cryomodule Assembly & Test Travelers ready to go out for signature yet ?  If you need any help could you let us know

If any of these travelers are no longer needed please let us know - and we will take them off the Master List
