Hi Mike,

620875 is the vendor part number. Everything listed bellow the serial numbers are file names of the PDFs that need to be uploaded. The excel sheet in the folder relates the file names to the PDFs if you want to check them. SN001 and SN002 will have the files from the first list uploaded. The rest of the SNs will have the files from the second list uploaded. Please let me know if you'd like more clarification; I am at the lab today.

Thanks,
Naeem

Hi Naeem,

I'm working on this, but I have a couple of questions.

What is 620875 a reference to?

Does "Items" refer to parts or serial numbers?

What about the other files:

620875-nn - MTRs.pdf

620875-04 CofC.pdf

Thanks,

Mike Dickey

Hi Mike and Calvin,

Could you please upload the following documents for each of the SNSPPU-INV-BLBP travelers. The same files will be uploaded into multiple travelers.

SN001 - SN002

620875 - CofC (Items-01-02-03) (Updated).pdf

620875 - Cold Shock Test (Items-01-02-03).pdf

620875 - Final Dimensional Inspection (Items-01-02-03).pdf

620875 - Mass Spec (Items-01-02-03).pdf

620875 - Visual Inspection (Items-01-02-03) (Updated).pdf

620875-01 - MTRs.pdf

SN003 - SN024

620875 - CofC (Items-17-18-19)

620875 - Cold Shock Test (Items-17-18-19)

620875 - Final Dimensional Inspection (Items-17-18-19)

620875 - Mass Spec (Items-17-18-19) (Updated)

620875 - Visual Inspection (Items-17-18-19) (Updated)

620875-17 - MTRs

The files can be found in the following location:

M:\SNS_PPU\Procurement\Certs\Bellows\620875

I suggest combining all 6 files into one for each set so you only have to upload one file to each traveler. The priority is to get the INV travelers for 003, 006, and 009 completed (these are in the current string). The travelers will need to be reopened to carry this out.

Thanks,

Naeem
