Thanks Chris -
could you let everyone know if they have serial numbers ? - we will need to get the SN into Pansophy to do the inspection ASAP
John Fischer had said to use the C100 travelers (listed below) - I have a copy of each sitting on the granite table along with the drawings
FYI- the first C50 cavity just arrived, also 3 dog legs , so will need to sort out priorities with Kirk at the 3:30 today
Thanks for your help
Anne

Hi Anne, the partial shipment has arrived and is in my hands. The traveler should be in pansophy.

Hi Kirk
Likely for Monday or whenever these Bellows arrive, John Fischer has an urgent job for inspection - its for P1 Cryomodule (there are two bellows)
I will update our schedule for next week - likely will have this job at the top of the list unless someone tells us otherwise
FYI- Earl has offered to work this weekend -
Anne

Hi all
Just a heads up - You will be seeing in the schedule perhaps on Monday one each of the supply/return bellows below, for the P1 Cryomodule - when they arrive they will be high priority - I have added them to the List with Charge codes
I was able to get the part numbers off the POs (should match the traveler) , the traveler numbers came from John Fischer
We will need to have the Pansophy Team add the Serial Numbers to the system, once the SN can be identified , the travelers to use are listed below
Charge code
PM
Part Name
Traveler Name
Part No
P1001Q
Tony Reilly
CRM C100 CRYOMODULE WARM BEAMPIPE DOWNSTREAM RETURN SIDE BEAMPIPE WELDMENT
C100-CM-INSP-SUBP or RTBP
CRM-120-7060-2002
P1001Q
Tony Reilly
CRM C100 CRYOMODULE WARM BEAMPIPE-U.S. SUPPLY SIDE BEAMPIPE WELDMENT
C100-CM-INSP-SUBP or RTBP
CRM-120-7061-2001
If it is possible to get the SN added to Pansophy in advance (could be just the next number in sequence?) it would make things go much easier when they arrive
Thanks everyone
Anne

Mike, to follow up on our phone conversation. The sensitive components that we are expecting are in reference to PR# 396510. These components are very high priority and we are pressed for time to get these through the system once they arrive. Martha and Elaine are on this message too as you advised.
Please call my cell immediately once these components arrive and I will take this package off your hands.
Thanks in advance!

Anne,
We expect the P1 warm to cold bellows to arrive next week from the vendor. These need to be a high priority once our visual inspections are complete. We will use the C100 inspection travelers that already exist since these are of that design. They will take time to process and prepare before actual use is why the elevated priority. Chris Wilcox will be the contact next week. He is on copy.
Chris, please contact S&R to notify them of the sensitivity and urgency of these components.
