Thanks Allen for checking.  I looked through the other instances where "C100" or "C100R" was mentioned in the document and they are all fine as-is.  In those cases, C100 is referring to the type of cavity and not the C100 project.  We are using C100 style cavities but instead of taking them through a normal C100 (or C100R) refurbishment process, we are taking them through the PLACLN process (which uses some parts of the C100 / C100R process but then differs when the cavity has to be prepared for the plasma work instead of testing for use in a cryomodule).

Thanks for the clarification. I'd gotten the second one already, I was just a bit confused on the first.

I did run a ctrl+f of the document, and noticed several other instances of C100 or C100R. I assume these are fine, but wanted to bring them up just in case. I noticed them on pages 2, 5, and 14 if you want to take a look.

Sorry about that.   I mistyped the number.   What needs to be updated is listed below and I included screen shots highlighting the sections that need to be updated.  Hope this helps. If it is still confusing, give me a Teams call.  I'll be at my desk until ~ 11 today.

*         In PLACLN-PR-VSA-CAV-PREP, on page 5, 6.1.5 should read "Perform a baseline VTRF test in accordance with the PLACLN-VTA-CAV-VTRF traveler."  Right now that sentence reads "... in accordance with the C100-CAV-VTRF traveler."

*         Also in PLACLN-PR-VSA-CAV-PREP, on page 26, the References table row 2 needs to be updated to Document No. PLACLN-VTA-CAV-VTRF and Title "Cryogenic RF testing of cavities for PLACLN".

I'm not following what you mean by "in section 6, line number 6.3.1". There's no 6.3.1, or any mention of changes that need to be made.

In PLACLN-PR-VSA-CAV-PREP, "C100-CAV-VTRF" needs to be changed to "PLACLN-VTA-CAV-VTRF":

-          In Section 6, line number 6.3.1

-          In Section 13, row #2 - the Title in column 2 also needs to be updated to "Cryogenic RF testing of cavities for PLACLN"
Also the traveler currently named PLACLN-VTRF-CAV in the Approvals folder needs to be changed to PLACLN-VTA-CAV-VTRF.

I also noticed that I didn't put dates on the cover sheet of any of the procedures (or in the Release and Revision History on the last page).  I think these get changed once the procedure actually is approved but if I'm wrong on that, just let me know.

Thanks Allen.  Since I named all of the procedures and the other traveler will be named according to the PROJ-WCA-COMPONENT-ACTION format, I would like for the VTRF one to match.  But I'm fine with changing the name after we finish going through the approval process for all the procedures and travelers.  The current procedures will need to have the reference updated as well since they currently call out the C100 traveler.  I'll just save myself a note to discuss this with you after we get everything approved.

Should the subject traveler be named "PLACLN-VTA-CAV-VTRF"?  I think that would be in line with new the PROJ-WCA-COMPONENT-ACTION format for travelers and procedures.
