Below is my understanding of the status of all the travelers we need in place now for the refurbishment cavities currently working towards a VTRF (CAV040, 295, and 331).  The Pansophy team has the official tracking on the status of all the L2HE travelers and procedures so they can provide a better / corrected status update if needed.

There is already a L2HE CAV-VTRF out for approval. Although it should be renamed L2HE-VTRF-CAV for naming convention purposes.

We also need a L2HE-CAV-VTRF traveler.  I believe this can be copied from L2PRD-CAV-VTRF; however, the acceptance criteria may need to be updated to the HE project goals.
