[Pansophy] Pansophy Addition

Good Morning,

I am having an issue entering information into a Pansophy Traveler.  This specific one is  Traveler ID: C100R-CAV-RFIN-R1.  I am able to enter information in some Travelers on Pansophy, but other Travelers, my name doesn't come up. Do you know what would be causing this or what I need to do to fix this?  Thank you!
