Comments have been incorporated – see highlighted text in the email chain below. I also added the general warning from PLACLN-PR-VSA-CAV-MODE on the VTA/VSA radiation area. O2 and CO2 have been changed to use subscripts. Table of Contents and Table of Figures have been updated.
The updated procedure PLACLN-PR-VSA-CAV-PROC has been added to the Ready for Approvals folder. Please delete the current / disapproved version, move the updated procedure to the Approvals folder, and send the updated procedure version out for approval.

New step 2.2 added and subsequent steps renumbered: The VTA / VSA is a radiation area when high power tests are being performed. In addition to flip signs indicating a change in state, the magenta beacons each shield lid are an indication that high power operation is enabled. Individuals who are not approved to be in the VTA / VSA during high power operation as per the VTA RWP are required to leave the area during high power testing.

You have a new DocuShare document routing task:

Subject: PLACLN-PR-VSA-CAV-PROC.docx

Step 1 Completion:

You need a means to check for a leak on the line between the gas cart and the valve at the topplate.
A verification that the gas line to the top plate is leak tight is in Section 8 of the PREP procedure, prior to establishing the gas flow.. I added step 6.10 in this (the PROC) procedure in case a sudden change in AMU 28 is noted.

6.10 If a sudden increase in N2 (AMU 28) is noted in the RGA trace at any time, perform the following substeps to verify the gas line connection is leak tight. See additional information in PLACLN-PR-VSA-CAV-PREP, Section 8, if needed.
6.10.1 Turn off RF.
6.10.2 Turn off the Pressure Loop.
6.10.3 Close the MFC, VA2, and VM2 valves on the gas cart.
6.10.4 Close the top plate valve.
6.10.5 Turn on the gas cart pump.
6.10.6 Open the Main Pump valve and VN2.
6.10.7 Pump down the gas cart and gas line to the top plate.
6.10.8 Verify that PGX and PGN are reading 0.1 Torr.
6.10.9 Verify the Argon, Argon/Oxygen, Argon to Meter, and Argon/Oxygen to Meter valves are closed.
6.10.10 Close the Main Pump valve.
6.10.11 Monitor the pressure to verify connections from the gas cart to the test stand gas line valve are tight.
· If no change in pressure is observed after 5 minutes, the connection is leak tight. Use PLACLN-PR-VSA-CAV-PREP Section 10 to re-establish gas flow prior to resuming plasma processing.

· If the pressure increases, check all connections in the gas line between the gas cart and the test stand valve, and tighten connections as needed. Pump back down the gas line and re-perform step 6.10.

Coupler breakdown figure put the color of the traces in the figure caption. Red is reference black is live numbers. Also there was a coupler breakdown taht just affected the trace around 1914 that should be included.

Figure caption updated: Figure 6‑d: Coupler Breakdown Network Analyzer Trace. The red line is the reference trace. The black line is live numbers.
Figures 6-f and 6-g added to show additional example of coupler breakdown.

step 7.3.4 increase the power until the total power is about 5 W, at this point cell 4 should be ignited.

Step updated: Increase PWR 1 in the 2π/7 mode {Freq 1} until the total power is about 5W and cell 4 ignites.
