[Pansophy] C50R Inner adapter PART (and other C50R/C75 parts) C50R-CPR-DISA (Serial Number Rework)

Anne (et al),

I have updated the C50R-CPR-DISA traveler so that it now displays only available SNs.
I have also updated the code to submit "ID_USED" and "ID_RAM" as appropriate.
Additionally, I have greatly reduced the serial numbers for the following parts:
DGLG (DogLegs), INAD (Inner Adapter), HOML (HOM Loads), HOME (HOM Elbows), and ENDD( End Dish).
I have updated where SN's are used between C50R and C75... we have a couple duplicates.
Will have to discuss options. In some cases a part was transferred to C75 from C50R, but then a single instance of a C50R travelers was used, either as part of a DISA or INSP. I'm not sure if this is an OOPS or intentional, so I left both.

Left to do:
Update all other DISA travelers for both C50R and C75.
Work through the rest of the serial numbers for other components.
Update all INSP, CHEM, ASSY, etc. to retrieve only selected parts, i.e. a serial number can't start with an INSP/CHEM/ASSY traveler. Further details will come later for those "special parts" that are "found" and do not go through PRIMeS or fabrication.
