based on the email below from Peter Owen could you please delete the cryogenic FT Inspection Traveler – apparently its not needed

That is correct, no inspection needed from your group. I've asked pansophy group to delete the traveler, but it was still up as of last night.

If they pass electrical check and leak test after cold shock, I don't think the feedthroughs need another inspection procedure. Please let me know if you think the additional inspection is still necessary.

To recap, the feedthroughs still go through

  *   SNSPPU-ELEC-FT08P-CHK
  *   SNSPPU-VTA-CSHK-FT08P
  *   SNSPPU-CMA-FT08P-LEAK before and after coldshock

Hi Gary and Anne,

I've asked pansophy group to remove this traveler, SNSPPU-INSP-FT08P. The steps in it are covered in other inspection travelers so this isn't needed.

Is it your traveler that Anne is talking about?

My feedthroughs are installed on end cans. They don't see cryogenic temperature.
