[Pansophy] FW: Bellows Copper Plating Travelers L2HE-INSP-BLBP, L2HE-INSP-BLBS, and L2HE-INSP-BLXD

Hello Mike & the Pansophy Team

There is a new Engineer who just recently started at JLAb  - Could you please check that she can access Docushare and Pansophy - her email is Michelle Weinmann <weinmann at jlab.org>

I learned today that one of the parts she will take over is the HE Copper Plated Bellows. (Travelers in the title line)

Naeem (on behalf of Katherine) asked Laing to demonstrate to Michelle the inspection of the first article Bellows - they will being doing this on Wed. and Thursday afternoon . Michelle and Liang will be able to work from the paper versions of the travelers to start

Once the travelers are released in Pansophy could you please check that there are SN also in the system , so that it is possible for Michelle and Laing to upload their data

I have reminded everyone that we need at least 24 hours notice (in this case complicated by the unusual request from Katherine to approve the traveler while she is on vacation (see below )

Here are the travelers related to the bellows inspections  , which are still in process of being approved as of this morning

I just checked and they are not yet available in Pansophy - so you may need to use the word doc for the inspection demo tomorrow for Michelle

Katherine had asked in the email below for Pansophy to use this email as the mechanism for approval of the traveler

Please note that the Pansophy Team  normally requires a minimum of 24 hours notice for any travelers that need to be released into Pansophy -

Dear Allen & Pansophy team,

I can't access Docushare from here (vacation, limited wifi).  Matt emailed me the travelers for review.  I approve L2HE-INSP-BLBP, L2HE-INSP-BLBS, and L2HE-INSP-BLXD.

Are there any approvals still outstanding?  I'd like to get these signed off today so we can start inspections.
