[Pansophy] NCR Issued: 47 on L2HE-INSP-IMAG-R1--24

It seems that when the NCR has an issue pulling from the traveler it is instantiated from, it automatically reverts to the first L2HE SN in the system, which is currently AMGVSN. We are looking into resolving this.

On another note, it looks like the SNType has been corrected to IMAGSN, however, the selected SN in the NCR, RFCHE-MS-009, doesn’t match the SN in the traveler it was instantiated from, RFCHE-MS-028. Please correct this.

While we work on a solution to fix this, please remind technicians and others who will be instantiating NCRs to ensure that the SN information in the NCR matches that of what is in the traveler they instantiated from. The NCR opens in a new tab so it shouldn’t be too hard to match them by checking between tabs. We want to make sure that we have the right data collected so we don’t run into any issues down the road.

Hi Pansophy Team ,

there is something strange going on , where when I looked up the traveler that Jerry used in the master traveler list, it looks like he used the correct traveler , however as you can see below there is something strange with the part description

Could you please look into this and let Jerry know if needs to do anything –  Below is a copy paste from the Master Traveler List

The NCRs are attached to the correct travelers. Just the circled fields need corrections
