[Pansophy] L2HE NCRs data dump - VARGRID and USER-DEFINED Queries are not working for NCR

I did fix the varnames for L2HE-NCR-R12 so you should now be able to use the vargrid and user-defined queries.
Here is an export from vargrid to exel of the L2HE NCRs
