[Pansophy] PPU HV Traveler Reopened

Hi Megan,

We were having the same problem a few days ago. When I tried to instantiate an NCR from a closed traveler, I got the "Sorry..." error message. I was able to instantiate once Valerie reopened the traveler. I'm getting the same error this time around with this traveler, so I guess it is the same issue.

An NCR can be instantiated from a closed traveler. Does it still need to be reopened?
