Hi Valerie and Larry,

What is the status of getting this D3 filled out and closed?

Thanks,
Naeem

You can always save a screenshot or print and scan.

Looks like it’s protected. I only wanted to attach the catalog pages because their website “uses security technology that is outdated and vulnerable to attack” and I can’t open any links. Not crucial; I’ll leave it out.

Thanks,

Larry,

Is this a “protected” pdf document? Or is this a “fillable form” pdf document?

When I try to save as a new PDF, or any different type of document, I get an error and need to enter a PASSWORD.

I don’t think our system is setup to handle such “secured” documents.

Can you save this file?

Hi Valerie,

I just opened the D3 and tried to attach another file to the ACTION section, to go with the Pins for MIL38999 series II file that was already there.

I tried to upload a .pdf file named AccuGlass kapton insul uhv wire. I got the same We’re Sorry.. message.

Let me know what and when to do next, please. I could email the text and files to you, or open a new D3, if it helps.

Regards,

Larry

Ok, I think I have SNSPPU-D3 #37 working again (against SNSPPU-CMA-CMASS-ASSY)

REMINDER: PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE be careful about naming your files with spaces and special characters. We do our best to rename properly to UNIX/Oracle formats, but occasionally we get these kinds of mix-ups. The combination of file names and trying to reupload caused problems for the server in keeping the correct UUID/Filename combinations.

I am sorry for this inconvenience.

The dispositioners were not popping up because the TravelerRevision field was not properly filled out. It needs the R in front. I have corrected it in the NCR and it can now be dispositioned.

We are looking into the D3 now and will let you know when that is resolved

Subject: [Pansophy] NCR and D3 Issues
Importance: High

Hello,

We have a few small pansophy issues that need resolution:

NCR number 376 (link below) does not have anyone able to disposition it. It should have fischer and huque as dispositioners. The NCR also doesn't show up in the traveler for some reason.

https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Travelers/TRAVELER_FORM.cfm?project=SNSPPU&area=SNSPPU&system=CMA&TRAV_ID=SNSPPU-NCR&TRAV_REVISION=R12&page=1&maxpage=4&TRAV_SEQ_NUM=376&ncr_num=0&travstat=n&serialnum=PPU04&SN=PPU04&SNType=SN

Larry is not able to make changes to D3 number 37 in SNSPPU-CMA-CMASS-ASSY. Currently, it gives the "We are sorry..." error when trying to load the D3. The traveler can be reopened if that solves the problem

Please try and look into these as soon as possible, as PPU string work is currently on hold until they are completed.

Thanks,

Naeem
