[Pansophy] Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributable Package

Hi there,
I was given this link to illustrate how to add Docushare drive: https://pansophy.jlab.org/pansophy/Documents/DocuShareDrive.pptx
I've been experiencing the error shown on the last page, but both links lead to 404 errors.  I tried finding the package online and installed it but the Docushare install is still showing the same error.  Please advise.
