Hi Justin,

FYI, the L2HE-INV-JTVTK traveler is already in place.  And that we now have the drawing, we will check these into the system.

Please be advised that after reviewing the traveler attached below, these parts were shipped to us from FNAL and NO DOCUMENTATION WAS PROVIDED.  If we need these, please contact FNAL for information about any documentation or certification that is required.

Hi John, Matt, & Gary,

I have attached a summary of the items that were received along with the JTVTK listed above. This was a large shipment from FNAL and many of the parts may require inspections (or not) depending on documents that FNAL may provide.

This traveler as written has combined work centers - so normally it would be done as two separate travelers


1. instead of Receiiving Inspection, it should read Inventory - MIke Dickey usually will write this for you , he mentioned that Cryo made these parts that are already on the shelf in inventory, but Cryo did not provide any documentsion


2. The Weld inspection likely should be a separate Traveler - we are guessing John Fischer or a member of his team might be a reviewer - they would have to request Jenord to do the inspection - however please check that John is the correct person


Since the people affected won't see this message I will send a separate email as well
