[Pansophy] Please close HE Cavity Inspection Travelers

Hi Aaron

Jerry did inspections of only the bellows on several of the HE cavities that came from LSL-II , on request from the SOTRs ( at the time Fermi was suggesting that JLAB had damaged Bellows... etc. )

We are not aware of any additional inspection that is needed - so Megan suggested they could be closed - and if more inspection  is needed later a new inspection traveler could be opened at that time

So could you please close the HE Cavity Travelers that are open due to the bellows inspections
