I am a little confused. I have spoken with Allen and it appears that you are re-writing travelers originally written by Matt Weaks. I don’t know who all is involved in the project, but we normally don’t just change authors/reviewers/etc without the Author’s knowledge and approval.



I want to make sure we are doing the correct thing….

  1.  Does Matt Weaks know about the changes and is he okay with them?
  2.  Are you the Lead Project Manager?
  3.  Who else needs to know about changes (techs/ work center leads)?



With ISO coming quickly, we need to be sure we are following proper protocol as called out by traveler authorship.

The current version of AUP-ASSY-DAMP-FLGBRZ-R2 was sent on the 16th. Ergo if this is a new traveler, I will need to terminate the routing and upload the newest R2 version for approvals.
