[Pansophy] Revisions to NCR Report

Hi Pansophy Team,

Here are a few requested changes to the NCR Op/Cl report. The PDF file is a screen grab with the requested changes. The Excel file is an example of what I create to send to SLAC. This report would be helpful for both internal and external people, with the only change is to deactivate the links for external. The report should be available in the Projects area for LCLS HE, AUP, and SNS PPU.
