Mike,
To my knowledge, yes, but I will discuss with my co-TR at Fermi. Their PO list states that MTR's are required, but since the parts came from fermi they likely took the MTR's out and have them stashed somewhere. I don't think they need to be individually serialized, but we should track the MTR(s) relative to the batch of rods.

We received these back at the end of March. We received from FNAL and they do not have serial numbers nor documents.
