[Pansophy] C75 procedure ready

Ashley,

This procedure has been confusing me for a while now, and I've been meaning to ask about it.
Currently there's two C75-PR-CHEM-CAV-CBP procedures out for approval, an R1 and an R2. The R1 was never approved and moved to the approved folder. I'm guessing that I didn't notice this and accidentally routed an R2, despite the R1 not existing yet. That said, I'm not sure if there's something I'm missing. Do you have any insight on this?
