[Pansophy] P1 Accelerator Commissioning Traveler

Since the P1 Cryomodule is already in the tunnel and I assumed being/been commissioned,
Are we still going to create a P1-ACC-CM-COMM traveler?
Where will the resulting data be kept if we do not create a traveler?

Should we drop this traveler from the P1 Master Listing?
