[Pansophy] VTA Test Stand SN

Is there a SN for Vertical Test Stands (used in the VTA for VTRF)?  I'm working on updating the VTRF traveler (for both C100R and L2HE) and I'd like to have the test stand SN as a drop down instead of a text field.  But I'm not sure if we have a Test Stand SN list.  Christiana mentioned that one of the other VTRF travelers had a drop down for test stand SN but maybe it was a Select field instead of a SN field.
