[Pansophy] College Students working on SamTraxs this Fall term - computers

Three College Students (part of SciEd) are joining us, starting today, to work on the upgrades to SamTraxs.
I will need access to 3 computers for them to remote-desktop into as we need to install software which they will need for their tasks.
Previously we have used SRFSTUDENT2, SRFSTUDENT3, SRFASHLEYA1 and SRFGEORGED1.
I need to know if we still will have access to these computers through Dec 17th and if not what other computers are available?

Additionally, we will have 1 high school join us in September (for a year long internship) who will be working with Jacob on ISO/QMS documentation. He may be able to utilize VDI/VPN, but I need to still check on requirements he will need.

Any help or information would be appreciated.
