[Pansophy] L2HE-CLNRM-BPM-ASSY

I've updated the draft Allen sent to clean up page breaks (try to keep similar content on same page) and remove section headers that did not contain information (such as the Terms and Definitions, Roles and Responsibilities, and References). I also updated Danny to the Author (since Kurt is no longer at JLab) and added the approvers.

Danny - please let me know if additional changes are needed or if Allen can route this for approval.

Thanks!

Tiffany and Danny,

I've transferred the procedure from the old template to the new. Please review it, make any edits you deem necessary, and let me know when I can route it for approvals.

Allen

Good morning Allen.

I talked to Danny this morning. We are still looking into the lollipop set up procedure. For the slow bleed up procedure, the L2PRD version can be converted to an SRF-MSPR-CLNRM procedure. Please go ahead and do this conversion and send it out for approval.

My responses are highlighted below; Danny will need to chime in to give final direction/instruction. I am trying to get the cavity string related procedures and travelers through the approval process; however, there will be references that are not yet issued. We need the first version of these travelers and procedures in the system for the first string assembly (early next year), but another revision to the documents will probably be required after the first string to incorporate lessons learned from the new process. We can add in the references during the post-first string revisions.

With the Lollipop tooling setup procedure, I was wondering if that was written yet and if so where to find it. If not, are we waiting for it to be written or could it be pulled from another traveler? The L2PRD lollipop setting procedure is probably a good starting place. There may be changes needed but, if Danny agrees, we can pull the L2PRD version forward for L2HE for use in the first string.

With the LCLS-ii Slow Bleed-up procedure, it links to an old L2PRD word doc. We are currently trying to use up to date procedures, and this one is several years old at this point. Could this be rewritten? If it's a simple matter of copying the text over to the latest template, I could do that and send it out for approvals.
I believe the L2PRD version can pulled forward to the new template. I would propose that this procedure is made as an SRF-MSPR procedure instead of L2HE specific, since I believe all projects use the slow bleed up. Again - if Danny agrees.

Lastly, I wanted to be sure that the un-hyperlinked titles underneath some of the references are not meant to be links themselves. I don't believe they are, but since they're only under some of the references I wanted to make sure. You are correct. The hyperlink could extend to all text in the reference boxes if needed, or we can simply the reference text format to be more consistent.

Good afternoon,

I was looking over this traveler prior to routing for approvals. It mostly looks good, but I did have some questions about the references section.

I'll wait until hearing your response to route this traveler. If any procedures need to be made, I'd like to get them out around the same time so we hopefully aren't waiting around with the traveler approved and the procedures still in limbo.

Thank you for your time,

Allen
