This looks very good for now. I would suggest removing the long shipping list. Maybe focus on CMs shipped in the last year? -Ed

Hi Mike,

There doesn't seem to be an urgency based on the layout John just sent out. Seems we need the third rail system to show when it's actually in place and being used for CEBAF work.

Thanks,
Tony

Hi Tony,

John just clarified that there is a pending 3rd rail that will be added in a few months. I will work on modifying the floor plan to add that area.

Sorry for my confusion with that.

Hi Mike and John,

The current floor layout does not seem to provide a boxes for the CEBAF Energy Reach projects which are many and will be for several years to come. I had thought the bays closet to the clean room are reserved for our internal CEBAF work. Does the reply below suggest that the CEBAF work will not be shown on the layout graphic? Or, is the immediate plan to perform the CEBAF work on the rails shown until HE comes into play?

Please explain.

Thanks,

Tony

Hi All,

John & I discussed changes to the CM Locations page on Friday. I feel that the current “Floor Plan” is adequate for the current operations and work centers. Unless there are permanent changes to the layout (i.e., the Cantilever is removed after L2HE), I would rather leave things as is. Temporarily unavailable/unused work areas should be skipped in the workflow.

That said, I have added Nb3Sn to the Pending Cryomodules list. Please provide a list of pending cryomodule serial numbers (as they will appear in Traveler dropdowns) and I can add them as well.

Presently John & I (the Pansophy Team also has global permissions by necessity) are the only ones with access to update the cryomodule locations. I can grant access to additional people, but for security reasons I would like to keep this list very small.

Please let me know if there are any concerns or questions.

I would like to see the Energy Reach projects show up. Also, since we do not have the use of the N. Test Lab, thought needs to be given to not showing them as work stations until HE comes along.

Hi John, Hi Mike,

Considering where we are with CMs, how would you like to update the image below?

[cid:0a94f0f2-d698-4f47-bbe8-f6cb503b2a4f]

The next assembly is the Nb3Sn pair, then PPU-01 in the clean room.

It seems like there should be some update with C75-01, and possibly P1.

Where would you like to indicate cutting apart CMs C100-9 and C50-xx?

Ed
