Hi Allen,

I just received comments / corrections to the first draft of the procedure from Danny.  I'm working to incorporate them into the latest version of the procedure.  I'll have an updated file in DocuShare maybe later today, maybe tomorrow.  But either way, I'll let you know.

I have uploaded new versions of the girder clean assembly procedure and traveler into the Draft folders.  Please update the procedure and traveler that are in the review cycle and send the new versions out for approval instead.

Procedure:

*         I updated the ID to CP-WMGRDR-CLNRM-GIRDER-ASSY.  I added the "GIRDER" to the ID so that the procedure could be distinguished between the entire girder assembly (the procedure I uploaded) and the beam viewer assembly procedure (being written by Anne-Marie).

o   When the beam viewer assembly procedure is assigned an ID and is issued, CP-WMGRDR-CLNRM-GIRDER-ASSY 4.3 step 7 will need to be updated with the ID of the beam viewer assembly procedure.

*         I have updated the traveler ID to WMGRDR-CLNRM-GIRDER-ASSY to be consistent with the procedure ID and to distinguish between the entire girder assembly and the beam viewer assembly traveler.

Good morning,

I have made a number of edits to the Girder Clean Assy procedure but I will have the revised document ready to begin the approval process today.  In the document that was in Docushare, the document ID in the header section was changed to "CEBAF-CLNRM-GIRDER-ASSY".  I had the document as "CP-WMGRDR-CLNRM-GIRDER-ASSY".  In the table below, it is "CP-WMGRDR-CLNRM-ASSY".  Can you please let me know which document ID is correct to use?  As soon as I get the correct document ID, I'll upload the new version for approval in to the Docushare folder.  I will also be verifying that the traveler matches the revised procedure today.
