[Pansophy] SNSPPU-NCR #86 Work Done without ENGR Actually filling in Pg 2 of NCR, no disposition

Anne,

We talked earlier about ISO compliance bringing in changes to how we do business and that will especially be true for NCRs.
We have a question/issue/opportunity... Earl was asked to fix some Bellows for Katherine, which he did and he rightly put data into page 3 for work done. However, he received an error that there was no ENGR listed to be emailed.

Page 2 will usually give instructions for rework BEFORE the work is done, then page 3 can be filled out.
No ENGR filled in Page 2 giving a disposition!
Now Earl has no way to let Katherine know the work is done.

I don't think this should be acceptable, but that's just my 1 cent...

How should we inform Katherine that the bellow work is done?
And where are Ed and Naeem in all This?
