[Pansophy] pumpdown check and manual

Hello All,

The procedure for pumpdown precheck and pumped did not get signed off.  it is complete and was vetted by Chris 2 weeks ago.  I am 95% Anthony and Mike already revied this a couple times the week of the 21st.  Please check ASAP as we are at a work stop in the tunnel.
