Thanks for making those changes.  Danny had comments to the earlier version of the procedure that still need to be incorporated so the version in DocuShare is still not right yet.  (Sorry for the rework; I'm learning the clean assembly and leak check process as I'm writing the procedure.)  So the version of the procedure and traveler out for approval now will still need to be disapproved.  I'll try to make the changes you listed into the versions I'm currently working on and have the updated versions uploaded soon.

I have looked over your documents, a few things to note:

1.     Please turn off "smart quotes" in word when editing. These don't work on the web page

2.     There must be a SN on the first page. So I deleted your page break.

3.     Emails (NCRs,D3s) must be the JLab username and no spaces (ari,Valente,ganey)

4.     Please upload documents ready to be approved to the "Ready For Approval" DocuShare directory. Our way of keeping track. We then move to Approvals directory and route.
Your 2 documents have been routed.

I have uploaded new versions of the girder clean assembly procedure and traveler into the Draft folders.  Please update the procedure and traveler that are in the review cycle and send the new versions out for approval instead.

Procedure:

*         I updated the ID to CP-WMGRDR-CLNRM-GIRDER-ASSY.  I added the "GIRDER" to the ID so that the procedure could be distinguished between the entire girder assembly (the procedure I uploaded) and the beam viewer assembly procedure (being written by Anne-Marie).

o   When the beam viewer assembly procedure is assigned an ID and is issued, CP-WMGRDR-CLNRM-GIRDER-ASSY 4.3 step 7 will need to be updated with the ID of the beam viewer assembly procedure.

Good morning,

I have made a number of edits to the Girder Clean Assy procedure but I will have the revised document ready to begin the approval process today.  In the document that was in Docushare, the document ID in the header section was changed to "CEBAF-CLNRM-GIRDER-ASSY".  I had the document as "CP-WMGRDR-CLNRM-GIRDER-ASSY".  In the table below, it is "CP-WMGRDR-CLNRM-ASSY".  Can you please let me know which document ID is correct to use?  As soon as I get the correct document ID, I'll upload the new version for approval in to the Docushare folder.  I will also be verifying that the traveler matches the revised procedure today.
