Hi Valerie,
Can we meet to discuss your comments? I am available any time today, except from 1 to 3pm. I will collect the comments for the next revision to the procedure.

Subject: Procedure / Traveler naming conventions for QMS

Jacob,

You have the following for the naming convention of Travelers and Procedures:
PROJ-PR-SYS-WKS-COMP
PROJ-TR-SYS-WKS-COMP

We have modified our traveler/procedure naming convention to the following:
CP-PROJ-WCA-COMP-ACTIVITY
PROJ-WCA-COMP-ACTIVITY

I have not yet changed CP to PR as I am waiting for the official release.
And we have not modified our code to include TR to the front of the travelers.
I would prefer not to have that in the name inside of Pansophy, but we can refer to those documents as such in the master listing.

Also, I have had several "form" type of documents, mostly spreadsheets that are being named:
FM-PROJ-WCA-COMP-ACTIVITY
