I understand Anne, however Aaron requested all those numbers be added and Gigi/Kurt were emailed.
How do we know what has been used and has not been used? We were only doing what we were requested to do and now we are being requested to undo...

Subject: End group serial numbers
Hi Gigi and Kurt,
I'm updating C75 travelers (Traveler ID: C75-CAV-INSP) and have a question. To be clear "EG-IAXXX" should be listed in drop down for SN format? I'm noticing in travelers there is an option to use SN without the "EG" in drop down list. Please see attached example.... you can choose to select "IA-003" or "EG-IA-003" I'd like to be consistent and fill out all the same way. I will update travelers once I ask pansophy to re-open them. I'm going to ask pansophy to remove any numbers if they are missing "EG" if this helps and makes sense?
Thanks,
Aaron
