Hi Ashley,

Thanks for sending your updates. I did have a couple of questions on them I was hoping you could confirm.

CP-STP-CAV-CHEM-BAKE: Do you mean that it is being worked on and will get sent out for approvals?
CP-C75-CPR-DEGR-FPFT: Just to confirm before I delete anything, this one is okay to delete, right?
CP-C75-CM-CHEM-CUPL: This traveler will need to be renamed, please let me know when it is released so I don't put it in as a new traveler.
CP-C75-CPR-CHEM-VAT: Please confirm if the traveler from CEBAF needs to be used, or if the traveler above is already doing the job.
CP-CAV-CHEM-HEP: Does this mean that the STP will replace it, or that it simply hasn't been written yet?

IF you have them, please also send updated due dates, NCRs and D3s. Especially the due dates, as those could reduce the number of overdue travelers and procedures.

Allen

Hey Pansophy,

I made a column for info, most are already live, couple I need to send in because they've been done since May and sitting in a folder.

I need an acronym for what I called copper plated items, it covers the waveguide extensions, adapters, and warm window assemblies so it doesn't really fall under one of your standardized ones (sorry, I'm a rebel).

Good afternoon, all,

I've attached the latest version of the C75 masterlist. If you need to review it in the future, you can also find the latest version in the C75 process Documents and Travelers folder<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-36262>. Please look over the list and update any incorrect and missing information. Pay close attention to the highlighted columns, such as due dates and NCR/D3 items, as those are among the most important parts we are often missing.

When you are finished reviewing, please send a copy of the list with your changes to the pansophy email, along with a brief description of what you changed. If there is nothing that you want changed, please let us know so we know that you've looked it over.

Allen
