Hi Valerie



We had talked about a meeting with inventory & Pansophy on  who is responsible for what for “inventory” that is on the floor – have you given this more thought on how you want to proceed ? Could you give me a call ?



FYI-  - Monday Morning Aaron & Jerry are going to pull out some of the parts from C100R like end dishes , perhaps wage guides, dog legs etc. that are presently under RADCON in a cabinet – they planned to  write down the Serial numbers they find and send this information to Pansophy , with a request that these SN be added to Pansophy . I am sure there are other parts that are also on the floor from C100R. Just wanted to check that we have an agreed upon process for how to do all of this. I put Jacob on copy only because he has been helping Phil Denny on his inventory procedure
