Hi Peter,
Procedure looks great and is very easy to follow. Might you prefer the acceptance spec for S11 be "1.5dB(?) per number of cables tested" or something that takes the number of cables into account?

After about a year of saying I'll write this traveler, I finally did it.
Larry: Can you check the procedure covers what we want to measure and is clear enough?
Allen: Can you vet/correct the traveler syntax? Let me know if you have any questions.
