[Pansophy] SNSPPU-INV-FPC R2

Hi,

There has been a request to modify the SNSPPU-INV-FPC to include 2 additional serial numbers.  A new acronym is also needed for a Cold Cathode (vacuum) Gauge, CCGSN.

The serial number fields will be

FPCSN
CCGSN1
CCGSN2

Please reference L2PRD-CAV-RECV-FPC on how this should look.
