[Pansophy] Adobe Pro DC purchase PR#400219

The status is changed to "O" with the PR is sent to data processing to process a purchase order.  When I send the PO to the vendor, all end users listed on the PR will be cc: on the email.  Thanks.

Just a quick question: since this is new software version (with VIP number)

will I get information directly from govsmart (the buyer), Adobe or you?
