I think they got mixed up with travelers and procedures. For the life of me I couldn't figure out what they were talking about with a traveler that got finished, but I marked it green and planned on checking to be sure after I was done. For the record, the masterlist is the excel sheet in the process documents/travelers folder of Docushare. This is the one for SNSPPU<https://jlabdoc.jlab.org/docushare/dsweb/View/Collection-39387>. I talked to Valerie and Megan, your acronym is correct. The traveler looks good, although you don't need to put {{}} around the NCR names. I will route for approvals momentarily.

Allen,

I thought we had said the traveler was in ready for approvals and then moved on to the procedure was done in the meeting, maybe I got mixed up.

I couldn't find the master list, so I named it best I could for the new naming system, but it looks like PPU is on the old one?  The FPCs are for the string, not cavities, so it should probably be something like SNSPPU-STR-CHEM-FPCCLN for the old naming system, I don't think we were using the CLN after CHEM.  Valerie or Megan can probably set me straight, I'm sorry, the new vs old naming is really confusing me.

I was actually just about to type that in the chat. Not to mention that what got approved is the procedure, not the traveler. The traveler, your document, will be routed this afternoon.

So just to be clear before I change the wrong thing, the FPC cleaning traveler is SNSPPU-CHEM-FPC-DEGR, not SNSPPU-CAV-CHEM-CLN-FPC as it is in the masterlist?

In your spreadsheet, I think you have the names incorrect for this procedure that you just made green in the SNS PPU meeting.



It was hard to see, but I think I saw D. Forehand in the row.  He and I don't ever review each other's procedures, different departments.
