Sarah,
If you want to make any changes to the traveler, then download a copy from DocuShare (be sure it is the latest revision) and make your edits changing the revision to R2. Then you follow our Author process -> Upload the new version to drafts, when ready for us to process, upload a copy to Ready For Approval. We then route the document for approvals and process it into the system.
Note: On the front page of Pansophy, left side of the screen, there are links to documents which can help new authors with the process.
But, feel free to email pansophy at jlab.org<mailto:pansophy at jlab.org>
If you need help. That way anyone of us can get back to you right away (Myself, Megan, Allen, and Mike Dickey) all receive the email.
As for uploading documents, once the traveler is instantiated, then anyone can upload. Are you having a specific error occur?
I am cc'ing the Pansophy group so they know what is going on and can help too.

Valerie, Thank you! I can see my traveler now but cannot add any files. Am I allowed to submit the files on behalf of the persons performing the tasks or do I need to guide the various people, (EBW, chemistry, brazing) to log in and submit the reports on progress? So far, we only have some EBW practice finished. Another thing is that, as I am getting further along in this project, I am noticing that I should have included more steps in the traveler. If I wish to write a new traveler to more accurately represent the actual fabrication that is happening, (because we might want to build two more of these cavities) can I upload the new traveler myself or should I contact you first? Thanks for your patience!
-Sarah

Sarah,
You can bother us anytime. That problem is probably due to our upgrading the security of Pansophy. I have just given you keys to SRFRD area. Could you please try again and see if you have access?

Subject: Fabrication Traveler
Good morning Valerie, I am sorry to bother you and I know that my traveler in particular has been a headache. The project that I am involved in needed a lot of work in the machine shop, so it has taken forever to get to the point of needing to access the traveler and add documents to it. I have signed in to pansophy and I tried to access SRFRD-FAB-HRMKICK-R1 but cannot get past the SRFRD folder because I do not have access to that area. A long time ago, I remember Bob had trouble signing off, but is this still what is preventing me from getting to my traveler? Thanks for your help on this matter.
Much appreciated,
Sarah
