[Pansophy] FW: New DocuShare document routing task (Step 1 Completion): P1-CLNRM-CST-ASSY-R1.docx

The P1-CLNRM-CST-ASSY traveler has been approved and uploaded to pansophy.

As a reminder, please ensure that smart quotations are turned off in word, as they are not accepted in Pansophy.

You can do this by following these steps.

·         Open Word

·         Go to the files tab

·         Click options in the lower left

·         Click proofing in the pop up

·         Click autocorrect options

·         Click autoformat as you type in the new pop up

·         Deselect the straight quotes and fractions options.

This saves a lot of time and work on our end, especially on larger travelers.
