[Pansophy] Need help with srfstudent2 computer in Anne's office - who has a key?

My student Ellie can't log into srfstudent2.
A computer in Anne's office under her desk (no monitor).
I can't ping it and she can't remote in.
Can someone there at the lab get to the computer and do a hard reset please?
