[Pansophy] HE Feedthru Flanges

Hi Gary,

We have received a number of feedthru flanges for the L2HE project.  None of these are serialized, nor are there acronyms for these items.  Along with the flanges we have received certs (leak, material, etc.).  Since these parts do not have an acronym or serial numbers, where should we post a copy of the certs?
